Job Title : SDET Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Java, Selenium, and API testing tools.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases.
Execute automated tests and analyze results, reporting any defects or issues found.
Conduct API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for test automation.
Continuously improve the automation framework to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure test requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on automation best practices.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong Java programming skills.
Expertise in Selenium for web application testing and experience with API automation tools.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
