About the Job:

SAP consultants provide support, training, and guidance for projects and initiatives involving SAP (Systems Applications and Products) software programs and systems. They generally provide these services as a freelancer or independent contractor. They may be enlisted to assist with the planning, development, implementation, or maintenance of a particular system or program. They analyze organizational needs, pinpoint primary objectives or challenges, and recommend SAP-based solutions. They provide troubleshooting and tech support services, and may create user guides or other support materials and documentation.

We require someone with / key experience:

• Candidate should have 7-8+ years consulting in SAP OTC and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience. Experience managing at full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of the functional and technical solution.
• Deep understanding of the OTC/Lead-To-Cash business process (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Contract, Order, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and supporting technologies.
• Deep Functional knowledge of the SAP SD area, including but not limited to

SAP Sales and Distribution processes

• Experience with upstream & downstream processes & solutions to CRM capabilities such as MDM (Customer, contact, company, product Master), Order Management, Billing, Invoicing and Booking is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation and may require collaboration across multiple functional/technical teams.
• Candidate have worked earlier on custom program / development of custom reports based on business requirement.
• Additional to have experience solutioning, and implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ/CLM technologies (Salesforce, Oracle, Conga) & debugging skills should be an add on for candidate.
• Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of neighboring business functions.
• Existing familiarity SAP ABAP coding constructs as they relate to the Sales and Distribution area of SAP is a strong plus but not required. At a minimum you must have an understanding of programming concepts and an interest in becoming comfortable with debugging SAP ABAP/4 code. Expectation is not that you become a developer, but a basic understanding of the SAP ABAP framework will be expected over time
• Ability to execute multiple concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.
• Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels.
