You will play a crucial role in INCREFF's growth journey by playing a lead role in the team responsible for providing Custom integrations, Customization of the core modules, and Onboarding of the Customers on the Increff platform
Responsibilities
- Responsible for collaborating closely with clients to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Responsible for managing and mentoring team members, reporting directly to senior management.
- Responsible for architecting robust solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Responsible for developing custom integrations with big fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Responsible for engaging regularly with customers` technical teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Responsible for creating public API documentation for developed solutions.
- Responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry by solving complex problems through cutting-edge applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Good People Skills and Some people management background
- Proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, SQL, and RESTful web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and organization.
- Experience or familiarity with the e-commerce domain is preferred.
