Scrum Master with Kanban

Job Summary
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for overseeing 7 agile teams within our network engineering environment. You will facilitate agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure the teams are productive and aligned with the company's objectives. Your expertise in Kanban, Agile methodologies, and Jira will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Facilitation: Guide and coach the teams in Agile practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Team Support: Support 7 agile teams by removing impediments, facilitating meetings, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Sprint Planning & Execution: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect and adapt their processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, with a focus on network engineering or IT environments.
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Jira.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and coach multiple teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on facilitating team success.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
