Job Description
Role Description:
Act as a servant leader to guide and coach the scrum teams on how to use scrum practices and principles.
Work with the Scrum teams to deliver high quality products and services for clients.
Work with internal and external Stakeholders to drive corporate projects and initiatives.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective and Product Backlog grooming.
Work with Product owners to ensure product backlog is well aligned for scrum teams
Remove impediments for the team to ensure team achieves overall project objectives
Monitor, track, and report project progress.
Manage timely appropriate communication and relationship with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
Planning, tracking, and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all projects.
Bring in best practices and lessons learned from other projects and past experience
Requirements
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting
Proficient in tools like Azure Devops, MS Project, Confluence, Jira and Excel.
Excellent organization and project documentation skills
Analytical and Problem-solving skills along with self-motivation to excel
Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working experience in Power point including good presentation skills
