Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospective meetings
  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure that product backlog items are clearly defined and prioritized
  • Monitor team performance and report progress to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Identify and remove any impediments that may be hindering the team's progress
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices
  • Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
  • Act as a servant leader and promote a culture of continuous improvement


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
