Position-Scrum Master
Experience: 4-5 Years
Must have skill sets:
SDLC, Agile methodologies, Agile frameworks, Scrum techniques, any programming language, DB Querying
Responsibilities:
- Manage each project's scope and timelin
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-up
- Coach team members in Agile framework
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboratio
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new request
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occu
- Help teams implement changes effectivel
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprin
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturit
- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
Requirement
- 4+ years of experience in a scrum master ro
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinemen
- Good knowledge of other agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skill
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is a plus
