Position Summary
Rockwell Automation's Industrial Component Business is looking for an experienced
Scrum Master to be a part of software development team. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who helps the team, self-manage, and achieve its goals via effective Agile/Lean/Scrum practices. You can be a Scrum Master of 1-2 agile teams. The Scrum Master understands and effectively applies and coaches Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master will support creating project plans, Project Management activities like schedule management, estimating risks and effort, accomplishing project goals. The Scrum Master grows an environment for learning and relentless improvement. The Scrum Master helps the agile team coordinate dependencies with other teams and communicates status of these dependencies as needed. Collaborate with other agile teams to identify best practices and lessons learned to optimize team and project performance.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with concentration in software; or equivalent knowledge in the areas of software engineering (software requirements analysis, software design, software testing) desired.
- At least 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a Product company(preferably), where scrum master has simultaneously worked on continuation/sustenance projects or new product design projects involving cross functional teams like Hardware, Firmware, Software, Mechanical, Certification and others.
- Certified as Scrum Master.
- Excellent English proficiency and fluency to communicate with people at all levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Development/Test, or other related role
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment
- In depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques
- Experience as a scrum master (with certification) and/or Agile coach
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Certification as Agile Coach
- Knowledge of, or experience with Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control equipment
