Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Salesforce Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will lead and facilitate Agile delivery practices within our Salesforce development team. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies specific to Salesforce development projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor Salesforce development teams on Agile principles, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce product owners to prioritize and refine the Salesforce product backlog, aligning with business goals and platform capabilities.
- Coordinate with Salesforce cross-functional teams (admins, developers, architects) to remove impediments and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for Salesforce enhancements and implementing best practices for development and deployment.
- Act as a servant leader, promoting collaboration, transparency, and empowerment within the Salesforce development team.
- Track and report Salesforce project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and other Agile metrics tailored for Salesforce projects.
- Facilitate communication between Salesforce development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that Salesforce project goals and progress are transparent and aligned.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, data management, and governance processes.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations and improvements to the platform.
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Salesforce development environment.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies with a strong focus on implementing Agile in Salesforce projects.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and inspire Salesforce cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging Salesforce stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Rally, or Trello, and familiarity with Salesforce integration into these tools.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing Salesforce priorities and new platform releases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment for Salesforce projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications, ensuring automated testing, deployment, and version control.
