Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting.Agile practices
and processes within our product development teams. You will work closely with cross-
functional teams to ensure efficient and successful delivery of healthcare solutions.This
role requires a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality products on
time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scrum Facilitation: Act as a servant-leader to the Agile teams, ensuring that Scrum
ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.) are
conducted effectively.
- Team Empowerment: Enable the team to be self-organizing and cross-functional,
removing impediments and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with
stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed about the progress of the product.

- Risk Management: identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or
product quality.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts within the team and ensure a
collaborative working environment.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance, sprint progress, and
product quality. Use this data to drive continuous improvement.
- Scrum Best Practices: Stay up to date with Agile and Scrum best practices and advocate
for their adoption within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Technology, Engineering, etc.).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in product
Development
- Good to have knowledge of healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements,
and healthcare IT systems.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and work collaboratively in
cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile project management tools and software.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Agile coaching experience.
- Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
