An entry-level role for a person responsible for assisting the Scrum MasterProject Manager
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Staff Augumentation projects across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with individual strengths and project needs.
Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure proper allocation and utilization of project resources.
Monitor team workload and address any resource-related challenges.
Implement Cost controls
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across different departments. in facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.
