Searching for a candidate who can:
- Manage Freelancers and Teams for our Script Writing process
- Review Quality and Assign work based on availability
The Script Manager's main tasks include:
- Managing script projects from start to finish
- Making sure client needs are met
- Working with the team to keep quality high
- Leading and supporting the team
- Giving regular reports
- Making sure scripts are top-notch
- Using our Project Management tool to handle projects and keep freelancers on track
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in script management or something similar
- Great at organizing and handling multiple things at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with project management tools (similar to Trello)
- Works well with others in a fast-paced setting
- Knows about creative content and scriptwriting
Basic Requirements:
- Very Responsive
- Fluent in English
- Cooperative with Co-workers
- Makes Decisions Quickly
- Checks if Scripts meet Client Needs
- Active on Whatsapp / Web Application
- Gives Weekly Training Calls to Freelancers
