Key Responsibilities:- Site Identification: Travel extensively within assigned regions to identify potential locations for Cult Fit centers.
Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to understand the demographics, competition, and potential customer base in target areas.Site Evaluation:
Evaluate potential sites based on location, accessibility, visibility, and suitability for Cult Fit operations.Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on identified sites, including photographs, site measurements, and surrounding infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the real estate and operations teams to ensure seamless site acquisition and setup.
Networking:
Build and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders to facilitate site acquisition.Compliance:
Ensure all identified sites comply with local zoning laws and regulations.
