We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Sr. Manager - IT with a strong background in the manufacturing industry and expertise in Oracle Applications. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional experience, with a focus on Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules. This role demands hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support experience to ensure seamless operations within our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Applications Support: Provide expert support for Oracle Applications (EBS R12), focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules including Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing.
Technical Development: Lead the development and troubleshooting of Oracle Technical Reports, Forms, and PL/SQL programs. Ensure that all customizations and configurations are in line with business requirements.
Forms and Reports Development: Develop and maintain custom forms, reports, and workflows using Oracle Forms, AOL concepts, Custom.pll, XML Publisher, and related tools.
System Configuration: Oversee the configuration of Oracle Applications to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, customizations, and technical procedures.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Key Skills Required:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Applications Techno-Functional roles, with a 70% focus on technical skills and 30% on functional responsibilities.
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, AOL concepts, Custom.pll, XML Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
