Education: Bachelors /Masters degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 6-7 years

Primary Responsibilities
- Detailed production scheduling for 3 months to ensure level loading based on resource bottleneck and drives site S&OP commitment adherence to support product demand
- Material requirement planning based on annual budget and material lead times
- Co-ordinate with SNP team for Demand fluctuations and changes in the plan
- Weekly Review with Ops team for last week Actuals and update the next week schedule
- Conducting weekly site S&OE call on plan vs Actuals along with key challenges
- Finalizing the supply plan considering the GMP requirement and revenue maximization
- Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Quality control, Quality assurance & Warehouse for RMPPM/SFG release
- Co-ordination with CMOs on Third party manufacturing for RMPPM material transfer
- Managing End-to-End Supply Planning by maintaining the optimal inventory across the Value Chain
- Preparation & Publishing of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly performance dashboards (Manufacturing & Batch release)
- Follow Inventory management methods to optimize inventory and timely Order fulfilment
- Material Requirement Planning:
- Develop material plans based on rolling forecasts and production schedules.
- Monitor demand fluctuations and adjust material requirements accordingly.
- Collate the BOM from production and review the actual consumption against the demand
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Conduct weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders (e.g., production, procurement) to discuss material availability and quality release.
- Ensure alignment between material plans and production schedules.
- Inventory Analysis:
- Regularly assess inventory levels for raw materials
- Track inventory against established safety stock levels
- Purchase Requisition Process:
- Raise purchase requisitions based on material requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material procurement.
- Receipt Schedule Development:
- Create receipt schedules for incoming materials.
- Share schedules with the procurement team to facilitate timely deliveries.
- Inventory Optimization:
- Identify non-moving, slow-moving, or ageing inventory.
- Take appropriate actions (e.g., liquidation, reclassification) to optimize inventory levels.
