Femacare is a Medtech startup founded by a team of doctors and IIT Bombay researchers. Our focus is on developing new generation medical devices for women to address the unmet need for sexual and reproductive healthcare challenges. We have received a research grant through the NIDHI PRYASASEE program, supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Startup India, and KIIT. Our team consists of Biomedical Innovators, Clinical Researchers (Ayurveda), and Biotechnology Experts who bring their combined expertise in Ayurveda, biotechnology, and clinical research to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern innovation in the field of healthcare.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Scientific Writer at Femacare. The Scientific Writer will be responsible for communication, scientific writing, research, and medical writing. Their day-to-day tasks will involve creating and editing scientific content, conducting research to gather information, and producing high-quality scientific articles and publications. As a remote position, the Scientific Writer will have the flexibility to work from any location.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in scientific writing and research
• Proficiency in writing and medical writing
• Ability to interpret and summarize complex scientific information
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge in the field of women's health and reproductive medicine is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related scientific field
