- Create a warm and engaging learning environment that promotes the overall
development of students.
- Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes a balance of structured
activities, free play, and rest time.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, addressing their
unique needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure effective communication and partnership in
supporting the child's development.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records
and providing feedback to parents as required.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment, promoting positive behavior and
conflict resolution skills among children.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and organize
events, field trips, and special programs.
