The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBSE curriculum and possess hands-on experience with CBSE portals.
- Collaborate with the Principal to create and implement educational strategies that align with CBSE guidelines and school objectives.
Supervise curriculum development, ensuring that it meets CBSE standards and is relevant to the students needs.- Oversee the evaluation and assessment processes to maintain high academic standards.
- 2. Administrative Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff management.
Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, maintaining accurate records, and reporting as required.
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports the emotional and intellectual growth of students.
Work with teachers to address students individual needs and provide guidance on career and character development.
- 4. CBSE Portal Expertise:
- Proficiently navigate CBSE portals to facilitate smooth registration, examination, and other administrative processes.
Stay up-to-date with CBSE updates, circulars, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Mentor and guide teaching and administrative staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the school's success.
- 6. Parent and Community Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with parents and the local community through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- A master's degree in education or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a CBSE-affiliated school.- In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum, guidelines, and assessment procedures.
Familiarity with CBSE portals and online processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
