Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to oversee the administration and transportation operations of our school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative management and transport logistics, with a keen eye for detail and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the school's office functions smoothly.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain an efficient and organized environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to provide administrative support.
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, including student and staff files, financial documents, and other administrative records.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Plan and organize school events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and arrangements.
Transport Duties:
- Oversee the school's transportation services, ensuring timely and safe transport for students.
- Manage the school's fleet of vehicles, ensuring regular maintenance and compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and coordinate transportation routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage transportation budgets, seeking cost-saving opportunities where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative management and transport logistics, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and transport management software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
