We are currently looking to fill the position of School Sales Manager at Edtech, Extramarks, based in Pune for our client - E-arth Staffing.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role requiring the School Sales Manager to drive new business opportunities within the education sector. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing existing accounts, nurturing leads, building and maintaining school relationships, and ensuring that solution offerings align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual school sales targets
- Engage with school heads and owners to promote company programs
- Approach school chains for vendor empanelment
- Promote the company through various school-related events and associations
- Recruit and train the school sales team for enhanced market penetration
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful program delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide ongoing support to the team and clients
- Update and manage various records and files
- Adhere to industry regulations and compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school sales, preferably in tour and travel
- Postgraduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Travel, or Sports Management
- Strong communication, presentation, and public relation skills
- Proven sales-oriented attitude
Key Result Areas
- Establish partnerships with a minimum of 50 schools
- Generate individual revenue of Rs. 3 crores
- Enhance market penetration in the qualified school list
