- Bring business from minimum 50 schools
- Generate individual revenue of Rs. 3 crores
- Increase penetration in qualified school list
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Achieve individual school sales target
- Meet school heads and owners to promote programs
- Meet heads of school chains to empanel as adventure/travel vendor
- Promote through school conferences, associations, professional bodies, etc.
- Recruit and groom school sales team to increase penetration in qualified school list
- Work as part of the operations team in camps to ensure smooth delivery of programs
- Update daily sales efforts in CRM, CDIS and other platforms
- Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.
- Maintain and update different types of records and files.
- Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Minimum 5 yrs experience of school sales (preferable in tour and travel)
- Postgraduate (preferable in Marketing/travel/sports management)
- Good communication & presentation skills in
- Excellent public relation skills
- Sales oriented go-getter attitude
WORK PROFILE:-
Regional Manager The job role of Regional Manager (RM) at is responsible for the school sales and increasing penetration in the schools in he given region. The candidates is expected to visit school, follow up with clients, share proposals to promote programs. The job role also involves guiding and mentoring to fellow team members. The Regional manager is also part of operations to ensure smooth delivery of the programs. This role will provide ample opportunities to travel and be part of the on-ground operations.
