We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our school's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing mental health services to students, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering individual and group therapy sessions. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students emotional and behavioral well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs and concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students mental health needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and interventions
- Stay current on best practices in school psychology and mental health treatment
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
