Our school is seeking a passionate School Skill-Building Tech Implementation Coordinator with a strong understanding of education to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in successfully integrating a new skill-building learning platform for our K-10 students. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and the EdTech company to ensure a smooth and effective implementation process that maximizes student engagement and skill development.

CTC: 3.6 - 4 LPA or 30K (inclusive of deductions)

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
3-5 years of experience working in an international school ecosystem (essential).
Preferred:
Experience integrating technology into the K-10 curriculum.
Proven experience in supporting and training educators on new technologies, particularly educational software or learning platforms. Essential:
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using a variety of technology tools and applications. A passion for innovative learning and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
Design, implement, and manage educational programs that align with Kidvento's mission and objectives.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality educational experiences.
Technology Integration:
Support the integration of technology into the K-10 curriculum, enhancing teaching and learning processes.
Stay updated with the latest educational technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
Educator Support and Training:
Provide training and ongoing support to educators on the use of educational software and learning platforms.
Develop resources and workshops to enhance educators proficiency with technology tools and applications.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain excellent communication with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Organizational Skills:
Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, ensuring timely and effective program delivery.
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all programs and training sessions.
Advocacy for Innovative Learning:
Promote a culture of innovative learning and student achievement.
Identify and implement best practices in educational technology to improve student outcomes.
