Staff Retention:
- Ensuring the retention of staff and students.
Curriculum Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum in the school.
- Monitoring teaching methods and classroom practices in all the units.
Teacher Support and Supervision:
- Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers.
- Organize and facilitate professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions for teachers.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the administration of internal and external examinations.
Mandatory Documentation Compliance and Policies
- Listing of all important documents and ensuring its renewals in time
- Timely submission of required documents to all regulatory bodies
- Regular follow up for disbursals and compliances-RTE
- Updating SARAL, UDISE
- Process for Formation of PTA and EPTA- Fee Fixation
- EPTA- Meeting Calendar to be made
- Set up of different mandatory committees
- Listing out Permissions and documentation required for new school set up
- New courses- Follow up on permissions
- Regular checking of all Offline Documentation- GR Book, TC Book (ERP), all records and registers
- Maintaining student files with all relevant documents including Aadhar, Admissions form and other important documents
CBSE Related
- Timely application submission for New Application/ Extension/ Upgradation
- Timely renewals of all mandatory documents
- Updating OASIS
- LOC for Grades IX and X and collection of registration amount
- Application of Skill Based Subjects
Human Resource
- Mapping staff requirements and Staff Recruitment-Academic and Admin
- Overseeing the implementation of all policies and SOPs
- Prompt redressal of issues and settlements
- Minimize staff attrition
- Overseeing the on boarding process
Parent Liaison and Communication
- Create and monitor the Parent Concern/Suggestion Module on the ERP
- Suggestions to be brain stormed and incorporated (If suitable)
- Introduction of Parent Feedback System
- Planning Parent Connect Programs (In Offline Mode)
- Preparation of Parent Communication Calendar
- Ensuring transparency and effective communication channel with parents
- Mapping all safety related areas and procedures (Branch wise)
- Planning redressal mechanism-Setting up committees such as POCSO, VISHAKHA, Sexual Harassment, SMC etc
Qualification: Any Post Graduate with a B.Ed./M.Ed. degree
Experience: Must have worked Principal for a period 3 years in a CBSE School with minimum 10 + years of experience in school education.
Skill: Excellent communication, well versed with word, excel and Powerpoint
