A deep understanding of child psychology and developmental stages of children.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of educators and staff members.
A master's degree in Education or School Administration.- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for schools.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
