We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join our team at Arthashastra school, a school specializing in the education and care of children with special needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their educational experience.
Provide direct nursing care to students, including administering medications, treatments, and first aid.
- Develop and implement individual healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions and special needs.
Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records for all students.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to address the health needs of students.
Educate students and staff on health-related topics, including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with local healthcare providers as necessary.
* Promote a safe and healthy school environment by participating in safety drills and health education programs.
