- Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students, addressing a wide range of issues, including academic challenges, personal problems, social conflicts, and emotional concerns
- Career Guidance: Assist students in exploring their interests, strengths, and career goals
- Offer guidance on college and career choices, including college admissions and scholarship applications
- Academic Support: Monitor and assess students academic progress, identify learning difficulties, and collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies for improvement
- Personal Development: Promote students personal growth and well-being by helping them develop essential life skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
- Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations within the school community, providing emotional support and connecting students to appropriate resources when needed
- Group Counseling: Conduct group counseling sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, peer relationships, and career exploration
- College and Career Readiness: Organize college fairs, career workshops, and college application assistance programs to prepare students for post-secondary education and careers
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between students and between students and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment
- Parent and Teacher Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and address individual and systemic issues
