We are looking for a skilled Scheduler with prior experience, preferably in the US operations, to join our speech therapy center. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging therapy sessions between clients and our speech professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs), and Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (CFs). This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive and assertive work approach, and the ability to foster strong relationships
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage schedules for speech therapy sessions, ensuring timely and efficient coordination between clients and clinicians.
Proactively handle scheduling changes, including cancellations and rescheduling, to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of care.
Prepare monthly forecast schedules
Maintain a good rapport with clients and behavior technicians to facilitate smooth scheduling processes and address any issues that arise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians to foster trust and ensure smooth scheduling processes.
Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to provide updates on scheduling status and changes.
Utilize scheduling software and tools to create and maintain accurate schedules.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and address them proactively to minimize disruptions.
Prepare reports and documentation related to scheduling activities and session timelines.
Assist in the planning and coordination of resources to ensure sessions are completed on time.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Mandatory prior experience as a Scheduler, preferably in a healthcare or therapy-related field.
US based experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and technicians.
Aggressive and proactive approach to tasks, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, software, and processes efficiently.
Proficient in scheduling software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
