Job Description
- Overall, 4+ years experience in IT Support and at least 2 years experience in similar role
- In depth knowledge of SCCM Windows Deployment Services, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- SCCM architecture, components, features, and functions
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Software deployment, update management and configuration management through SCCM
- Able to build and distribute software packages through SCCM.
- Excellent communication skills with strong focus on listening and probing.
- Remedy Ticketing Tool Knowledge
- Can do approach and capability to work in dynamically changing environment.
- Hands-on experience on Windows Auto Pilot deployment
- Knowledge of Change Management Life Cycle
- Experience in Microsoft osd task sequence
- Experience with hardware and software issues
- Experience with powershell
- Knowledge of vbscript or powershell
Primary Responsibilities
- Operating system packaging deployment through SCCM, image modifications
- Troubleshoot SCCM agent / server communication issues
- Deploy windows workstation patches
- Software distribution and patch management
- Creation and management of SCCM reports
- Troubleshoot Microsoft osd task sequence issues.
- Deploy Software packages through SCCM
- Software upgrade deployment through SCCM
- Periodic check for end point SCCM agents communication with SCCM Server
