Job Description

  • Inspecting:Regularly inspect scaffolding to ensure its structural safety and stability.They also inspect before each work shift and after any incident that could affect the structure.

  • Training:Train employees on how to recognize work hazards.

  • Managing:Manage teams of scaffolders to ensure they work efficiently and follow safety protocols.

  • Coordinating:Coordinate scaffolding work with other departments to avoid rework.

  • Planning:Plan resources for scaffolding projects.

  • Analyzing:Analyze the integrity of scaffolding structures.

  • Promoting safety:Promote safety initiatives.

  • Reporting:Report team and individual performance to human resources and senior management.

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
