Quadrical, a SaaS, B2B startup helps Renewable Companies (Solar, Storage, Wind) manage their plant asset portfolios while increasing generation from each plant. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team as a SCADA Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SCADA systems tailored to client needs.
- Configure and program SCADA software to meet specific project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to accurately gather and understand their requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues in existing SCADA and monitoring platforms for solar and wind plants in India, addressing problems with field device communications, internet connections, Linux-based dataloggers, Windows-based SCADA systems and servers, PLCs, RTUs, IoTs, and network devices.
- Utilize knowledge of industrial communication standards, including Modbus RTU/TCP, DNP3, OPC, RS-485, fiber optics, Ethernet, and others.
- Coordinate with field services to efficiently manage field activities related to device communications.
- Provide support in evaluating and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, applying appropriate escalation procedures when necessary.
Must-Have Superpowers!
- Bachelor's degree Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands on SCADA implementation experience.
- Previous experience with EPC or O&Ms or SCADA installer compulsory.
- Project Management experience.
It's a plus if you have experience from renewables sector (wind, solar, battery)
