Job Role & Responsibilities
- Driving digital products inline with business strategy, incorporating superior user experiences, fostering effective stakeholder engagement, developing innovative solutions to address challenges and opportunities for technology driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects timely and in an qualitative manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization of innovative products related to Supply Chain functions (Sourcing, Negotiations, Automations, etc) , identifying opportunities and addressing business user requirements effectively.
- Development & implementation of data centric projects methodologies and digitized processes in supply chain.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones.
- Refinement of user requirements in Statement of requirement.
- To monitor & ensure smooth Development & on time Delivery of project.
- Manage continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement product improvements based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and market relevance.
- Strong follow-up and tracking of all activities related to project deliverables.
- Ensure governance and compliance in Supply Chain processes through IT usage, safeguarding business operations against risks and vulnerabilities effectively.
- Devising risk mitigation strategies & implementation.
- Benchmarking industry standards & updating technology space.
