The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Managing the point-of-sale processes.
- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have working knowledge of visionary, leadership, financial acumen, client centric and experience
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
