Experience : 6 month to 2yrs of experience in KYC or in any banking process.
Education: Graduation in any filed
Business Banking Helpdesk officer Role is managing all the incoming queries at the desk via Phone calls, emails & whatsapp/messages when required and follow up and address/resolve all the queries with the deadlines. He/she will also be responsible for bringing in suggestions and process change ideas to reduce the overall queries and smooth process flow. He/she will need basic understanding of managing stake holders viz. consumer; technology, industry; regulator; organization.
Job Role:
A Help Desk officer will be responsible for assisting and ensuring all the queries are addressed and resolved within TAT.
- Address all the escalations and make sure they are resolved
Good analytical ability and documentation skills- Communicate with sales and branch banking teams to give step-by-step guidance and get feedbacks on process improvement
Provide necessary support via email, calls and whatsapp/message
- Track the common queries faced present it to the supervisors & propose ideas for process, product development
A one-stop point of contact that provides centralized information and support management service to handle all process queries
Job Requirements:
Excellence in oral and written communication- Understanding of business banking customers and segments
Understanding of KYC norms and processes for current account customers
- Understand the consumer behavior and trends Innovative and problem solving approach
