Job Description of Offshore LeadRolesResponsibilities
To provide support to work within the Fortify tool to review all critical high and medium issuesEach issue then needs to be commented on assigned to a developer and provided a rating based on the selection criteria in the tool
Should not suppress errors in the system but may rate it with a Not an Issue with a written explanationAll Not an Issue identifications will be reviewed by a third party to ensure there is general agreement that the risk is not real or a false positive result
Provide support to review assign and provide guidance to development teams that are remediating code within this repository
Solve various technical customer issues and answer service product technical and customer relationship questions received through various customer support communication channels such us telephone email echat and ticketing system
Collaborate across teams to drive improvements in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
Fortify Application Security Support assist team customers on product issues via email telephone CRM and remote session Analyze diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Fortify products in multitiered application environments using logs reproduction technical documentation and knowhow
Perform static and dynamic application security testing with Fortify tools Proactively assist to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
Keep detailed log of all interactions in case management tools Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues advocate product enhancements bug fixes provide feedback on important features product gaps and supportability matters Develop document and publish best practice methods knowledge base articles and solutions
Engage with Project team on compliance achievement for applications
Discuss compliance controls with project managers and application owners
Schedule meeting with Project stakeholders and understand application business functionality
Discuss application technology interfaces with Application Architects
Lead andor Participate Outage Calls and Root Cause Analysis for the problems

Strong leadership skills in accountability and customer focus
Lead team of resources for support breakfix testing and project work
Coordinate with offshore Team and help them clarify requirements and other issue
Collaborate with others on the team and be a productive helpful and thoughtful team member
Managing developers both onshoreoffshore to turn the vision into reality with an ontime and quality implementation
Supporting concept development and product planningestimation
Represent the Company in a positive helpful and professional way at all times
Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by your client or senior management
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
