Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and

design tax solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP systems. Develop architecture

blueprints, technical designs, and implementation plans.

Lead the implementation of Vertex tax technology solutions within SAP landscapes.

Configure Vertex software to align with client requirements, ensuring accurate tax

calculations and compliance with local regulations.

Design and implement integrations between Vertex and SAP modules, third-party

systems, and external tax authorities. Develop custom interfaces and workflows to

automate tax-related processes.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams throughout the

implementation lifecycle. Mentor developers and consultants on best practices for

Vertex and SAP integration.

Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing of tax solutions to ensure accuracy,

performance, and compliance. Work closely with QA teams to resolve any issues and

ensure a smooth deployment.

Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams,

configuration guides, and training materials. Ensure documentation is kept up to date

throughout the project lifecycle.

Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs,

providing expert advice, and delivering high-quality solutions. Serve as a trusted

advisor on tax technology matters.

Stay UpToDate on regulatory changes related to tax compliance. Identify

opportunities to enhance existing solutions and propose innovative approaches to

address client challenges.
