Experience - 5+ years

Job requirement -

• Strong experience with implementing at least 1 SAP SF end-to-end lifecycle management
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with SAP ABAP programming
• Experience working in international environments
• Expert knowledge and practical experience in SuccessFactors
• High solution orientation and technical understanding
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Awareness of IT Security principles as well as knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization.
• Programming skills in ABAP using SAP standard functionality
