Job Duties:
Lead and manage SAP on Azure migration and modernization projects, ensuring seamless SAP landscape deployments and compliance with best practices .
Assess SAP workloads, including documentation of existing SAP infrastructure, interdependency mapping, and integration with on-prem or non-SAP systems.
Develop detailed migration plans for SAP environments, including timelines, resource allocation, and pre-migration assessments, ensuring readiness and smooth execution.

Design SAP solutions that incorporate rehost, refactor, or re-platform strategies, addressing workload dependencies, identity, access management, network security, and business continuity.
Conduct SAP system migrations, including SAP on Any Database (DB) to HANA, SAP on HANA to HANA, and other database configurations.
Extensive experience in managing SAP landscapes on Azure using both SAP Native and SAP RISE models.
Expertise in SAP solution architecture, covering database sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, governance, and compliance.
Perform post-deployment validation, including performance evaluation, and ensure customer expectations are met.
Provide operational documentation post-deployment and support operational teams with standard operating procedures for SAP landscapes on Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent approach to SAP workload design, deployment, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
Provide technical support during SAP migrations, troubleshooting issues related to performance, data security, and Azure integrations.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL, with specific experience deploying SAP workloads on these services.
Experience in leveraging Azure tools such as Azure Migrate, Azure Monitor, and Azure Backup for migration planning, monitoring, and disaster recovery strategies for SAP landscapes.
Proven experience in Azure networking, including Virtual Network (VNET) design, VPNs, load balancing, and firewall management for SAP environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring the proper configuration of SAP user authentication and access controls.
Azure automation expertise using tools like Azure CLI, PowerShell, and ARM templates to streamline SAP deployments and optimize operational efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest Azure features, SAP best practices, and industry standards to recommend improvements and optimize SAP workloads on the cloud.
Skills Preferred:
Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of SAP systems, Azure architecture, and SAP workload migration tools.
Excellent leadership and project management abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
