Job Description
Job Title: SAP Support Analyst (SAP Financials and Databricks projects)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
Experience: 3+ years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for SAP Financial modules, ensuring optimal
system performance and alignment with business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP and Databricks environments, including error
logs, user access issues, and data integration problems.
Collaborate with finance and IT departments to enhance SAP functionalities and Databricks
implementation, ensuring seamless data workflow and reporting capabilities.
Manage SAP configuration changes, test new functionalities, and ensure compliance with
internal controls and external regulations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP processes and Databricks
configurations to support continuous learning and system upgrades.
Conduct regular training sessions for end-users on SAP Financial systems and Databricks tools
to enhance team competencies and system utilization.
Participate in SAP project implementations and upgrades, including planning, testing, and
rollout of new features.
Monitor system performance metrics and collaborate with the development teams to deploy
patches and updates as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in SAP Financial modules support and maintenance.
Proven experience with Databricks technologies, including setting up, configuring, and
optimizing data analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles as they relate to SAP
implementations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Effective communication skills, with proficiency in explaining technical details to non-
technical stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
Certifications in SAP Finance modules or Databricks technologies.
Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages.
Familiarity with Python or Scala programming languages for data processing tasks in
Databricks.
Prior remote work experience and the ability to manage time effectively across different time
zones.
