Requirements
Integration Design & Custom Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions using SAP SuccessFactors
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
- Create custom solutions and extensions to meet unique business requirements while adhering to best practices and standards
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within the SAP SuccessFactors framework
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using SAP Integration Centre, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors
- Extensively use SAP Cloud Platform Extension Factory for building modular and scalable extensions
- Provide technical support for complex SAP SuccessFactors integration issues, performing in-depth analysis and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and prevent recurrence of technical challenges
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and custom developments
Desired Skills And Experience
- Success Factors work experience of minimum 6-8 years with at least 3 end to end global implementation experience of either Employee Central/Onboarding modules
- Proficient in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other relevant integration technologies
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Application Studio for custom development
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and connectors
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, XML, SFTP, ODATA, and/or SOAP/REST
- Clarity of security concepts - SSL and PGP encryptions, etc
- Ability to constantly re-evaluate integration parameters, thinking outside the box to solve complex data challenges quickly and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team
- environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Analyst with a focus on integration design and development
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration center and their interdependencies
