Job Description

Responsibilities:

Implement and support the SAP Success Factors Recruiting (RCM and RMK) and Onboarding (1.0 and 2.0) projects.
Should be able to support Recruiting (RCM and RMK) Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0) Systems
Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success Factors Solution
Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML.
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint.
Help clients understand alternatives for system configuration and design.
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding
Certification in SuccessFactors - Recruiting (RCM and/or RMK) & Onboarding 2.0.
Must have done at least three end to end implementation in Recruiting and Onboarding.
Experience on Industry or consulting.
Knowledge on documentation and training materials.
