Experience 5+ years relevant experience in Success Factors Employee Central, RCM and Onboarding 1.0 with exposure to system development, analysis and testing.
RCM-
- Configuring the RCM module, based on the client requirements.
- Configuring the Job Requisition, Job Application and Interview Pipeline.
- Configuring the Offer Approval process.
- Defining of RCM roles and permissions.
- Testing of RCM module based on the test cases.
- Integrating the RCM with POSITION MANAGEMENT.
- Accountable for independent configuration of the RCM module and delivering the tasks on time.
- Preparation of User manuals for the execution of RCM Tool for the easy access by the client.
- Providing Technical Support to the client whenever required.
- Regularly notifying the client with the progress on the scheduled tasks on the requirements.
- Developed Recruitment workbook for the clients.
- Responsible for conducting module wise demos and system navigation to the clients.
