Position Summary:
TheSeniorManagerwill be responsible for leading the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module for a large HR transformation project involving a globally dispersed customer. This role will involve driving global design workshops, acting as a solution architect, and ensuring the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading large global implementation projects and have a thorough understanding of leading practices and localization requirements for multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global design workshops to gather and document business requirements, define the scope, and design the global HR solution using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Act as a solution architect to connect the dots with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
- Provide thought leadership on leading practices in HR processes and the use of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Understand and address localization requirements for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates toseniorleadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading 1-2 large global implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and leading practices.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with other modules.
- Experience with localization requirements for multiple countries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are highly desirable.
