Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and configure SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
2. Configure performance evaluation processes, goal management, and calibration.
3. Integrate PMGM with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning).
4. Conduct fit-gap analysis, data migration, and testing.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements.
6. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
7. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules (Performance Evaluation, Goal Management, Calibration).
3. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, integration, and data migration.
4. Understanding of performance management and goal management processes.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
