Job Description
Must-Have:
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors - Performance Management, Goal Management (SF-PMGM).
1.Subject matter expertise in HR domain with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the HR processes and technologies and opportunities. Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Ability to partner up with customer stakeholders and process owners to develop Recruiting & Onboarding business cases, architecture and deployment roadmaps focused on SAP solutions to deliver thoughtful IT solutions to customer business.
3. Deep skills and knowledge in SuccessFactors Recruitment (Management, Marketing and Posting) and Onboarding 2.0
4. Must have lead atleast 4 full life cycle project implementations as R&O Lead Consultant
5. Must have completed atleast 1 implementation for Onboarding 2.0
6.Lead customer discussions and workshops and highlight
7. Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, conduct workshops and support facilitation of same.
8. Ability to work with global team.
9.Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, configuration,integration as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
10. Experience in data migration activities for complex data migrations from customer HR legacy systems to SuccessFactors.
