SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Success Factors - Employee Central Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Employee Central, with extensive experience in implementation projects and S/4 HANA.

Work Location- Remote (WFH)

Timings: Qatar Time Zone

Contract Period: 6 months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP Employee Central implementation projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Design, configure, and customize SAP Employee Central modules to meet client needs.

Integrate SAP Employee Central with S/4 HANA and other SAP modules.

Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Employee Central and S/4 HANA.

Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Employee Central with rich experience in SuccessFactors employee Central Core, Time Off, Timesheet, Benefits, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.

Experience in Qatar related SAP EC projects are preferred.

Proven experience in leading SAP EC implementation projects.

Experience in S/4 HANA integration.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SAP certification in Employee Central and/or S/4 HANA is a plus.
