Roles & Responsibilities -

Platform

-Good HR Process knowledge from Hire to retire.

- Have experience in working on SuccessFactors Platform components include Manage languages, Home page configuration, Data retention Management, Email notifications.

- Experience in EC is an advantage.

- Good understanding on the Support processes.

- Good communication skills.

Learning

- Configure the Successfactors Learning System as per client requirements

- Should be aware about basic Learning Terminologies like items, class, Assignment profile

- Should be able to solve tier 1/tier 2 level issue related to LMS

- Should be able to coordinate and communicate directly with client/Business users as per the job requirements.

- Customer support for issue resolution according to SLA.

- Should delivery on time & high quality development & support services.
