Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP STC solutions ensuring they meet business requirements. Lead the integration of SAP STC with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP STC processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Conduct requirement analysis, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP STC functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop appropriate SAP solutions.
- Manage SAP STC enhancements/projects including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions to users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement enhancements or optimizations to the procure-to-pay process.
Required Qualifications
- Overall 10+ years of experience in SAP STC & PM. Expert level knowledge in orders, taxes, integration with SD, intercompany and masterdata including Notifications.
- Proven experience as an SAP STC Solution Architect in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, EWM, SD, CO).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Solid experience in customizing, configuring, and testing SAP STC modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to support different regions and participate in meetings across various time zones, if needed.
