- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP ChaRM issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems related to ChaRM configurations and processes.
- User Assistance: Assist users with questions and problems related to the ChaRM tool, offering solutions and guidance as needed.
- Change Management: Manage the status changes of change documents (CDs) and oversee the deployment of changes to the production environment.
- Configuration: Configure the SAP Transport Management System (STMS) routes for transporting changes between systems.
