SAP Solution Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Should have more than 8+ experience in SAP, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BW, Native HANA

Working directly with the business to drive out their data and reporting requirements,

Working in SAP Native HANA and source systems to understand reporting filters, data sources.

Working with SAP Native HANA data modelers to create reports and conduct unit testing.

Assessing/QA the data in models and reports and working with business SMEs to have newly

developed models accepted.

Supporting new reporting and project initiatives to be defined

Should be able to provide end user training.

Functional testing of solution prior to business UAT

Develops or identifies templates/starting points (e.g. Analysis for Office or Power Query)

Technical: You love technology and seeing it applied to solve real problems. In particular, you have a

passion for technologies that improve visibility to data like Microsoft Power BI, Analysis for Office, SAP

Analytics Cloud, or Excel and you're not afraid to write some SQL code to crunch numbers if needed. You

are comfortable with translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Communication: You are a strong communicator, whether it is written, verbal, or presenting ideas. You

also enjoy collaborating with people on different teams and continue to maintain high levels of visibility,

efficiency, and collaboration. You possess tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to help build

enterprise alignment on optimal data management and analytics practices. You are not afraid to provide

guidance to peers and leaders when appropriate.
